Web Production Specialist (freelance or full-time)
Education/Years Experience
- 4+ years strong Web production and design experience
- BA in Graphic Design, Mass Communications / Media or related field or
experience with web design and production emphasis - Comprehensive portfolio of work available for review
Required Minimum Technical Skills
- Strong CSS and HTML skills
- Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator and MS Office Suite
- Flash (knowledge of ActionScript a plus, but not required)
- Cross-platform experience
Scope of Position
- Create, review and troubleshoot HTML and CSS code
- Produce website assets based on designs from Senior Creative staff
- Test and troubleshoot work in content management system(s), designated platforms and browsers
- Package up finalized assets and hand off to development team for technical execution
- Demonstrate understanding and usage of best practices related to web development and usability
- Deliver innovative, quality designs for smaller-scale projects
Required Professional Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Ability to self-manage while handling multiple high-priority projects
Additional skills and knowledge (preferred, not required)
- Content Management Systems (especially .Net-based systems)

C# ASP.NET Web Application Developer (Contract or Full-Time)
Required Minimum Technical Skills
- ASP.NET (.NET 2.0 required)
- C# Strongly Preferred
- Microsoft SQL Server (SQL Server 2005 preferred)
- Javascript
- CSS, HTML
- n-tier architectures
- Object Oriented Concepts
- Object Oriented Programming
- Windows Server Platforms
- Must have 3+ years demonstrable .NET development experience (ASP.NET with C#, Windows Forms a plus)
- Must have 3+ years object-oriented development/consulting experience
- Experience in ASP.NET/C#, ADO.NET, XML/XSL, DHTML and Microsoft SQL Servers
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Development Tools (Visual Studio 2005/2008)
- Ability to work on multiple assignments, meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
Skills Not Required But A Plus:
- Experience with the following technologies a strong plus: Sitecore CMS, MOSS 2007, Windows SharePoint Services (WSS 3.0), Sitefinity CMS, Kentico CMS, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0/4.0
- LINQ, WPE (Silverlight), WPF, WCF, WWF
- Experience in Web Services is a plus
- Microsoft Certified Professional a plus, MCTS: .NET 2.0 Web Based Client Dev ++, MCPD: Web Application Track +++
Education Required:
- BA or BS degree, Masters a plus.
- US citizenship or green card is required.
