Netelligent Corporation Case Study

In the spring of 2008, Habanero worked with St. Louis-based Netelligent Corporation, a professional services, software, and solutions firm specializing in telephony, data center, networking, security, networking and virtualization. The project scope included re-branding and design, first for their suite of software products known as Active Objects and later for the main corporate site.

During the initial planning for the Active Objects site, the Habanero creative team recognized that the product suite would be difficult to explain and understand with just static copy. To help bring the content to life, Habanero pitched the creation of 3 Flash movie shorts and an interactive piece called “Rick’s Napkin”, a reference in one of the movies. Habanero storyboarded each vignette, wrote the dialog and the background score and partnered with Dreamwelder Productions for the film shoot, casting and final production. Filming was done on the RED ONE™ camera, the same equipment used by Oscar-winning director, Peter Jackson.
