• .NET Web Developer

  .NET Web Developer
  We are looking for two experienced, motivated and passionate .NET Web Developers to join our team. You must be dedicated, detail-oriented, fun, professional and able to communicate and collaborate as part of a team of talented people. In addition, you must be able to, and enjoy engaging with and collaborating with client stakeholders.

  You will be responsible for developing and supporting complex websites, web applications, mobile apps and social media applications. Projects range from highly functional, complex content-management based sites to Web-applications, E-Commerce, portals, iPhone/Smartphone applications, Facebook applications, Flash and interactive, and other custom web solutions.

  
  Minimum Required Skills:
  

  • Must have 5+ years demonstrable .NET development experience (ASP.NET with C# strongly preferred, .NET 3.5 required) 
  • Must have 5+ years object-oriented development/consulting experience 
  • Experience in ASP.NET/C#, ADO.NET, XML/XSL, DHTML and Microsoft SQL Servers 
  • JavaScript 
  • CSS, HTML
  • n-tier architectures 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Development Tools (Visual Studio 2005/2008) & version control platforms
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments, meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision 

  Skills Not Required But A Plus:
  

  • Experience with the following technologies a strong plus: Sitecore CMS, Sitefinity CMS (4.0 preferred or 3.x), Umbraco, SharePoint (2010 preferred or 2007), and other CMS/ECM platforms 
  • LINQ, WPE, WPF, WCF, WWF
  • JQuery
  • Silverlight
  • Flash, ActionScript, Flex, Air
  • Mobile Web Development & Smartphone Development (iPhone, Android, Pre, etc)
  • Experience in Web Services is a plus 
  • Microsoft Certified Professional, MCTS: .NET 2.0 Web Based Client Dev, MCPD: Web Application Track
  • Development experience with Ruby-on-Rails and/or LAMP/PHP a plus

  Interactive Project Manager
  We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Interactive Project Manager to join our team. The Interactive Project Manager is a critical member of our delivery team. You will lead, manage and collaborate with internal teams and client teams on exciting, challenging, large-scale interactive solutions.
  
  Responsibilities
  

  • Accountability for the successful delivery of multiple, simultaneous, complex projects from discovery and design through development, deployment, and post-launch support
  • Manage project scope, budget, timeline and quality; resulting in on-time and on-budget project delivery
  • Actively lead and manage communication and collaboration between internal and client teams. Proactively communicate project status, issues and opportunities to clients, team members and internal management
  • Be an active member of teams responsible for capturing and documenting business and functional requirements for projects and work with internal and client teams to refine and finalize requirements documentation
  • Communicate project implementation options and recommendations which affect cost, schedule, quality, and risk to clients 
  • Closely monitor, capture and communicate change requests. Work with our Client Services team to communicate change requests to clients
  • Ensure each project meets or exceeds project objectives by overseeing delivery of requirements and quality assurance
  • Manage resource allocation to orchestrate optimal staff usage and alignment of skills
  • Work with internal teams to review and enhance processes, where needed

  Requirements
  

  • 3+ years of experience in full life-cycle project management of mid to large-scale interactive projects
  • Ability to build and motivate high-performance collaborative teams, dedicated to high quality, on-time, on-budget project delivery
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to build and execute on project plans, manage and communicate project status to internal and external client teams
  • Strong organization and process skills
  • Proven ability to develop and manage excellent client relationships
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. MyIntervals, Huddle, MS Project, SharePoint, Basecamp, or other) 
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with creative problem solving skills 
  • Self-motivated and decisive with the ability to excel independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing client objectives and priorities

  You will beresponsible for applying modern web standards to implement fast, maintainable, cross-browser websites and web applications. Projects range from database-driven, content-management based sites to E-Commerce, portals, intranets, Flash and interactive, and custom web-applications.

  Responsibilities

  • Work with Creative Services team to brainstorm and concept compelling, user-friendly interfaces
  • Prototype UI wireframes and interfaces and thoroughly document associated requirements
  • Create  launch-ready, valid, hand-coded web layouts from wireframes, prototypes and PSDs
  • Implementinteractive JavaScript components with current frameworks
  • Develop and test for cross-browser compatibility and mobile delivery
  • Define and drive best practices and web standards
  • Participate in regular peer code reviews

   Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct industry experience
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) or other related, advanced degree
  • Mastery of all or most of the following: XHTML, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, AJAX
  • Expertise with the following are big plus:  Flash,ActionScript 3, After Effects, Flex, Air, DHTML, XML
  • Strong knowledge of web standards, CSS-based (table-less) design, and cross-browser compatibility
